I have over 15 years of experience working with various populations in a variety of different settings. I have experience working with clients who suffer from Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I believe in a person-centered approach to empower you within your respective needs. I view therapy as a collaborative process in identifying your individual strengths in achieving your desired goals. We will accomplish this via objectives, conducive to your overall growth and well-being. My treatment techniques include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Mindfulness.
