Psychotherapy Payment Information

Initial Phone Consultation- FREE (10-15 minutes)

Individual Sessions- $125

I require you to keep an active card on file.  If you do not show up to the appointment, or cancel within 24-hours, I will charge your card the full fee of the session. Also, if you are using your insurance your co-payment (if any) will be charge to the card on file. Co-Payments are due prior to start of session. Due to services being via teletherapy credit cards are only current form of accepted payment. 

All major credit cards are accepted for payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover

If you have an insurance benefit that includes out-of-network benefits, you may be able to use it for services. I will collect fees directly from you and you are able to submit your billing statements  to your insurance provider for reimbursements. Based on your particular plan you may be reimbursed a portion of our session by your insurance provider. To be able to obtained this benefit your insurance provider must cover out-of-network provider services for Psychotherapy. Please inquire with your insurance provider for questions related to out-of-network benefits.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.  24 hour notice is required to cancel and reschedule an appointment. Please keep in mind that a no show or late cancellation will require you to pay the full fee for your missed session. This will be charged to your credit card on file. Consistent no shows at 3 no shows will be considered as agreement for termination of services. Therapist will refer you to another Therapist for continued services. You will be provided with contact information for potential new Therapist and will have to contact on your own.
